Attorney Richard Griffith of Honolulu; thieving loser

The state of Hawaii provided Richard Kiernan Griffith with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The Hawaii State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly wrote checks against insufficient funds (rubber)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to ethics investigators
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigation (Up Yours, said Dick!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the Hawaii Supreme  Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Dick practices at 733 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
