Attorney Ernesto Ganaden of Honolulu; scofflaw

The state of Hawaii presented Ernesto M. Ganaden with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.  

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to timely file registration materials with State Bar

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Ernie practices at Seven Waterfront Plaza, 500 Ala Moana Blvd in Honolulu, Hawaii.
