Attorney Robert Ferrigno of Pearly City, HI; moronic loser

The state of California presented Robert Vincent Ferrigno with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to timely communicate details of purported settlement to client
• Failed to inform client of the amount of her funds that he proposed to transfer to opposing counsel
• Failed to obtain executed settlement document releasing client from litigation or an assignment of the unsecured $500,000 to the client
• Incompetence required client to obtain new legal counsel and to expend over $100,000 in additional legal fees
• Failed to inform client in timely manner basis or rate of his fee
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hawaii Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Bobby practices in Pearl City, Hawaii.
