The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy was criminally convicted of a Class C felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Tommy practices in Maui, Hawaii.
