Attorney Christopher Miller of Jasper, GA; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented Christopher Mark Miller with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The State Bar of Georgia found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Willfully abandoned and/or disregarded legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to file reorganization plan for client in bankruptcy proceeding

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Chris practices with Miller & Associates PC at One South Main Street in Jasper, Georgia
