Attorney Alexander Repasky of Marietta, GA; ethical goblin

The state of Georgia presented Alexander J. Repasky with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The State Bar of Georgia found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully abandoned and/or disregarded legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to make required formal appearance on client’s behalf in immigration matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf despite accepting payment to do so
• Failed to adequately protect the interest of multiple clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Alex practices at 4880 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta, Georgia.
