Attorney Richard Harste of Savannah, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Richard R. Harste with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School. 

The State Bar of Georgia found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account
• Failed to return insurance forms to former client
• Failed to inform insurance client of receipt of insurance premiums
• Failed to properly account for insurance premiums paid to him
• Failed to promptly remit premiums to insurer as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Dick practices at 22 West Bryan Street in Savannah, Georgia.
