Attorney Albert C. Palmour Jr. of Summerville, GA; election fraudster
The Georgia Supreme Court presented Albert C. Palmour, Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Mercer University.
In 2010, Palmour was charged with election fraud involving former Chattooga County State Court Judge Carlton H. Vines. For more information regarding Judge Vines go to the URL at the end of this article.
Palmour’s partner in crime Judge Vines was charged with felony election fraud when he was found in possession of unauthorized absentee ballots. Palmour testified at Vines’ criminal trial and admitted to allowing Vines to run 18 fraudulent absentee ballots through his postage-metering machine.
Subsequently, Palmour was fined $18,000 by the state elections board for the unlawful possession of ballots.
Because Attorney Misfits in Georgia are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, the George State Bar never took any action against Palmour’s law license. Isn’t Georgia a great country?
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Palmour continues to practice his so-called brand of law in the Summerville, Georgia area, which is about 90 miles northwest of Atlanta.
