Attorney Tiffini Bell of Atlanta; lying loser

The state of Georgia presented Tiffini Colette Bell with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Tiffini guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to truthfully communicate with client
• Failed to apply for guardian ad litem
• Failed to prepare for hearing on client’s behalf

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tiffini’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Tiffini by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Tiffini practices with The Law Office of Tiffini C. Bell, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia.
