Attorney Travers Paine III of Augusta, GA; ethical elf

The state of Georgia presented Travers White Paine III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Travers guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Travers was indicted as a co-conspirator for health care fraud that arose out of the operation of a health care company.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Travers by gifting him with a complimentary 20-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Travers practices with Travers W. Paine III PC at 560 Ninth Street in Augusta, Georgia.
