Attorney Michael Proctor of Gainesville, GA; ethical dwarf  

The state of Georgia presented Michael Rory Proctor with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

The Georgia State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to adequately represent clients
• Failed to appear at several court hearings and trials on behalf of clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. Jerry 2015), Mike practices in the Gainesville, Georgia area.
