Attorney Stuart Yanofsky of Plantation, FL; repeat offender  

The state of Florida provided Stuart Barry Yanofsky with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stu was found guilty of contempt for failing to respond to Florida Bar inquires in a timely manner. In truth, Stu said “Up yours!”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stu’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Stu punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Stu practices at 8551 West Sunshine Blvd in Plantation, Florida.
