Attempted to force a DA to prosecute case he wasn’t assigned to

Routinely berated and embarrassed attorneys in his court

Unnecessarily raised his voice and chastised attorney for attempting to confer with her client

Ordered DA out of courtroom for talking even though he wasn’t talking

When defense attorney was making argument in open court, he cut him off and then pushed a button on a device simulating the sound of a toilet flushing

When public defender asked for continuance, he became agitated and said “You’re going to try this motherfucking case

Told DA she need to emulate style of male attorneys when addressing his court because male attorneys don’t get as emotional as female attorneys

Told DA he would dismiss criminal case if she didn’t appear the next day in court even though she was 8 months pregnant
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Sheldon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
