Attorney Joseph Titone of Coral Springs, FL; convicted felon

The state of Florida presented Joseph Titone with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey pleaded guilty to the interstate transportation of lottery tickets, which was a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks living in Miami to know that there is yet one more convicted felon practicing law thanks to the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
