Attorney Jeffrey Rosenberg of Boca Raton; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Jeffrey Rosenberg with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the New England Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff failed to properly supervise non-lawyers who provided paralegal services for the law firm’s loan modification clients.

The non-lawyers, unbeknownst to Rosenberg, fraudulently solicited and received additional funds ($42,000) from three complainants at locations other than Rosenberg’s law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Jeff practices at 5255 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Florida.
