Attorney Edwin Tilton of Gainesville; convicted felon
The state of Florida presented Edwin Richard Tilton with a law license in 1990
The Florida State Bar found Edwin guilty of the following misconduct.
Edwin pleaded no contest in court to two crimes: the burglary of a structure, a third-degree felony, and violation of pretrial release for domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Edwin by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Edwin practices at 418 North Main Street in Gainesville, Florida.
It must be comforting to the folks living in Gainesville to know that there is yet another convicted felon and wife-beater practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
