As we speak (ca. July 2012) Mark practices at 2415 Bent Tree Road in Palm Harbor, Florida. Apparently, Mark moved to Florida so as to expand on his future victim pool. Well at least the good folks in the Phoenix area can take comfort in knowing he’s gone.
