Attorney Juan Saldivar Jr. of Clearwater, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Juan Manuel Saldivar, Jr. with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Juan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• As attorney for the state of Florida in a criminal proceeding, Juan filed a verified motion to disqualify the trial judge that contained misrepresentations and inappropriately calling into question the judge’s integrity
• Engaged in improper discovery practices

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak, (ca. December 2022), Juan practices his so-called brand of law in Clearwater, Florida.
