Attorney Stafford Shealy of Lantana, FL; repeat drunken convict

The state of Florida presented Stafford Nicholas Shealy with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Stafford guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence Causing or Contributing to Injury to Person or Property, a first-degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with Refusal to Submit to Chemical or Physical Test, a first-degree misdemeanor
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Had a prior DUI conviction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Stafford by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Stafford practices with Stafford Shealy Esq. at 1438 Lantana Road in Lantana, Florida.
