Attorney Richard Simonson of Pompano Beach, FL; ambulance chaser

The state of Florida presented Richard Henry Simonson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.  

The State Bar of Florida found Dick guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Mailed an advertisement that contained a reference to past successes or results obtained or was otherwise likely to create an unjustified expectation about results the lawyer can achieve

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Mary 2020) Dick practices with the Law Offices of Richard Simonson in Pompano Beach, Florida.
