Attorney Jay Spechler of Hollywood, FL; bullying loser

The State of Florida provided Jay S. Spechler with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Jose guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while Jay was sitting as a Broward County judge.

• Posted statement on a courthouse blog toward a judge that could be perceived as threatening

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Jay practices with Jay Spechler PA at 1026 North Northlake Drive in Hollywood, Florida.
