Attorney Kevin Ambler of Tampa; ethical gnome

The state of Florida provided Kevin Christopher Ambler with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acted in negligent manner re: client matter
• Failed to comply with court order regarding discovery
• Made disparaging comments in rebuttal to opposing counsel’s allegation of committing fraud upon the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Rasheed by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Kevin fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.amberlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.  

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Kevin practices with the Ambler Law Group at 400 North Tampa Street in Tampa, Florida.
