Attorney Justin Spiller of Ponte Vedra, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Justin Everett Spiller with a law license in 2007 after he graduated Emory University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay property taxes, nuisance liens and owner’s policy on client’s behalf
• Due to negligence, client forced to pay taxes, nuisance liens and owner’s policy costs twice
• Negligently used funds in operating account for unrelated matters

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Justin practices at 101 Marketside Avenue in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
