Attorney Albert Cartenuto III of Miami Beach; ethical gnome

The state of Florida presented Albert A.A. Cartenuto III with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Al!)
• Failed to communicate with judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
