Attorney James Casey of Coral Gables, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented James Casimir Casey with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to opposing party’s motion to dismiss complaint
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failure to reply to motion to dismiss led to court entering final order of dismissal
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return client’s files after repeated requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 20-day suspension of his law license plus assessment of investigatory costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Jimmy practices with the Law Offices of Slesnick & Casey LLP at 2701 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida.
