Attorney Richard Cserep of Pensacola; imbecile, slacker

The state of Florida provided Richard Duane Cserep with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The State Bar Court of Florida found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file appellate briefs on behalf of at least two clients
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Ceased communicating with the appellate court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal (Screw you, said Dick!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Dick practices with the Blackwater Law Firm in Pensacola, Florida.
