Attorney Cyrus Bischoff of Miami, FL; lying scammer

The state of Florida provided Cyrus A. Bischoff (CAB) with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Cyrus guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly and recklessly pursued frivolous (sham) claims
• Engaged in discovery-related misconduct
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Displayed selfish and/or dishonest motive
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to court about producing discovery
• Lied to court about reason for not appearing at a hearing
• Ordered by Court to pay $78,000 in fees and costs to opposing party/counsel re: frivolous conduct
• Misconduct led to permanent (w/prejudice) dismissal of client’s case
• Refused to attend client’s scheduled deposition
• Displayed profound lack of respect for the court
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Cyrus by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Cyrus practices with Bischoff & Associates PA in Miami, Florida.
