Attorney Gary Siplin of Orlando; scofflaw

The state of Florida provided Gary Anthony Siplin (GAS) with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Indicted charge of felony grand theft of $5,000
• Indicted on misdemeanor statutory violation for using the services of government employees for his campaign for office
• Subsequently, felony conviction reversed by appellate court
• Found guilty of misdemeanor charge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), 1gary practices with Siplin Law PA at 1320 North Pine Hills Road in Orlando, Florida.
