Attorney Kurt Bosshardt of Ft. Lauderdale; ethical elf

The state of Florida presented Kurt Ellis Bosshardt with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Kurt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kurt to used his law firm and business bank accounts to facilitate the sale or purchase of luxury marine vessels while at the same time he operated a yacht brokerage business.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kurt by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Kurt practices at 4445 El Mar Drive in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
