Attorney William Callahan of Winter Park, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida presented William Scott Callahan with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made misleading statements regarding sale of vacation rentals
• Failed to properly supervise closing agents
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to warn buyers of vacation rentals of misconduct by sellers

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Billy practices with Buttermore & Associates PA at 1231 Via Salerno in Winter Park, Florida.
