Attorney Robert Clark of Sarasota, FL; slacker

The state of Florida provided Robert Liddell Clark with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Bobby practices at 2466 Hibiscus Street in Sarasota, Florida.
