Attorney Peter Stamas of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida presented Peter G. Stamas with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Pete found it acceptable to make false statements to a trial judge. At the time, Pete was arguing that a misdemeanor arrest warrant against his client should be voided.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Pete practices with Peter G. Stamas PA at 315 SE 7^th Street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
