Attorney Jeffery Toney Sr. of Crestview, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Jeffery D. Toney Sr. with a law license in 1994.

The Florida State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter while he was working at an immigration center, Toney engaged in misrepresentation with clients, federal immigration agencies and the court. He also engaged in the unlicensed practice of law by leaving his signature stamp at the immigration center, to be used by a non-lawyer employee who was previously disbarred.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Jeff practices with the Law Office of Jeffery D. Toney Sr. in Crestview, Florida.
