Attorney Michael Amico II of Winter Haven, FL; druggie

The state of Florida presented Michael Alfonso Amico II with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike engaged in criminal misconduct and committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects.

In another matter, Mike was arrested possession of cocaine and obstructing an officer.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Mike practices with the Roy and Amico Law Group in Winter Haven, Florida.
