Attorney Jerome Stone Jr. of Stuart, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Jerome Alexander Stone Jr. with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Jerome guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct that was unlawful or contrary to honesty and justice.
• Illegally received Army combat pay he wasn’t entitled too
• Illegally received Army tax exemptions for combat service he wasn’t entitled too
• Illegally received Army family pay he wasn’t entitled too
• Forced to resign from the Army for fraudulent conduct
• Ordered to repay Army $54,621 he received in illegal compensation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Johnny practices with the Law Offices of Stone & Capobianco PL at 219 Southeast Ocean Blvd in Stuart, Florida.
