Attorney Danielle Weber of Tampa; drunken loser

The State of Florida presented Danielle E. Weber with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Florida Coastal University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Fell asleep in court while representing client
• Slumbering in court led court to defer consideration of the case
• Denied jail access to visit client because she impaired to use of alcohol and/or other substances
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Appeared late at one hearing and failed to appear for another

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Danny practices at 1807 East Columbus Drive in Tampa, Florida.
