Attorney Omar Arcia of Miramar, FL; convicted thief

The state of Florida provided Omar Javier Arcia with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Omar guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Pled no contest to felony count of grand theft of between $20,000 and $100,000

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Omar by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Omar practices with the Arcia Law Firm PL at 3350 SW 148^th Avenue in Miramar, Florida.
