• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to allow client to make
• Informed decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
