Attorney Jason Bresler of Lakeland, FL; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Florida presented Joel Micah Bresler with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Campbell University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted criminal defendant in drafting false promissory note
• Destroyed his own bank records at directing of criminal defendant
• Exaggerated to law enforcement extent of attorney/client relationship between himself and the criminal defendant

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jason practices at 721 West Beacon Road in Lakeland, Florida.
