Attorney Matthew Wells of Tampa; moronic loser  

The state of Florida provided Matthew James Wells with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at pretrial conference on client’s behalf
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Due to nonappearance at pretrial conference in bankruptcy case, client’s objection to bankruptcy filing was dismissed
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Never communicated directly with client regarding appellate matter
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Matty practices at 1228 East Seventh Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
