Attorney Joseph Will of Daytona Beach; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida provided Joseph Ryan Will with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

While he was employed as an as an assistant state attorney, Joey prosecuted a criminal trial in which he mischaracterized the testimony of a witness. The trial court also found that Joey made demeaning personal attacks on the defendant and improperly sought to have the jury show sympathy for the victim.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Joey continues to be employed by the Office of the State Attorney at 440 South Beach Street in Daytona Beach, Florida.
