Attorney Reginald Holt of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Reginald L. Holt with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Reggie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Accepted a fee in violation of DC law
• Charged a clearly unreasonable
• Accepted fees w/o prior approval of Probate court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Reggie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Reggie practices at 7600 Georgia Avenue North in Washington, DC.
