Attorney Craig Ricard of DC; ethical leprechaun

The State of Maryland presented Craig Lamard Ricard with a law license in 1989.

The DC Bar Counsel found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to notify client that his case had been dismissed by trial court
• Failed to preserve client’s rights by noting an appeal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
