Attorney Robert Schulman of DC; convicted fraudster

The District of Columbia presented Robert M. Schulman with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from American University School of Law.

The DC Bar Counsel found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted for conspiracy to commit securities fraud
• Convicted for committing securities fraud
• Had a relationship of trust and confidence with the source from which he obtained the material non-public information that he disclosed
• Violated his duty of trust and confidence by disclosing said information
• Intended to receive a personal benefit in return for his illegal disclosure

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeal punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Bobby practices his brand of law at 1717 K Street NW in Washington, DC.
