Attorney Laryce Woodyear of Washington, DC; ethical troll

The DC Bar presented Laryce Woodyear with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Laryce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully account for ward expenditures in probate court
• Failed to demonstrate that every expenditure made from ward’s trust account was specifically made in the interest of the ward
• Probate issued judgment of $13,345 against Laryce representing value of car belonging to the estate that he left with a friend for safekeeping and was unable to recover
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to maintain complete records of entrusted funds
• Engaged in serious interference with the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Laryce by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Laryce practices at 545 Florida Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
