Attorney Donald Temple of DC; idiotic cheater

The District of Columbia presented Donald M. Temple with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to withdraw when withdrawal required
• Failed to return client files to client after being fired
• Failed to refund unearned advance fee (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
