Attorney John Spaulding of DC; ethical leprechaun

The District of Columbia presented John H. Spaulding with a law license in 1965.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to use a firm name, letterhead, or other professional designation containing a false or misleading communication about the lawyer’s services or implying a connection with a public or charitable legal services organization.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Johnny practices at 1403 Foxhall Road NW in Washington, DC.
