Attorney Barry Nace of DC; moronic loser 

The District of Columbia presented with a law license in 1981.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to diligently protect client interests
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Acted dishonestly with disciplinary authorities (Up yours, said Barry!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Barry practices with Paulson & Nace at 1615 New Hampshire Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
