Attorney Andrew Kline of Washington DC; disgusting loser

The District of Columbia presented Andrew J. Kline with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The DC Court of Appeals found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

While employed as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Andy knowingly and intentionally failed to disclose information requested by the defense that Andy absolutely knew tended to negate the guilt of the accused.

Put simply, Andy didn’t give a damn if he cause an innocent man to be convicted and then sent to prison.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board of punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
