Attorney Patrick Vanderslice of Georgetown, DE; serial thief
The state of Delaware presented Patrick Edward Vanderslice with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.
The Delaware Supreme court found Patrick guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Patrick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) Patrick practices at 122 West Market Street in Georgetown, Delaware.
In one matter, Patrick found it acceptable to steal fees from his firm on eight (8) occasions. After the firm discovered that Patrick was stealing fees, they confronted him and he subsequently admitted that he was a serial thief.
Because Attorney Misfits in Delaware are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Patrick was never criminally charged for the multiple thefts he committed.
